I'm not struggling as much as it looks like... honest!

No pictures of us on the run. If there were it would look something like this.

Not that it matters much but, if you look at the results, something is wrong with the bike and run times. The total time should have been identical but for some reason things are a bit out of whack.

Conquer The Dog Triathlon - Canoe

Tracey and I just returned from our summer vacation. During our trip we competed in the Conquer the Dog Triathlon (5 km canoe, 18 km bike, 5 km run) near Thunder Bay, Ontario. Here are some photos from Superior Outdoors Magazine.
